A Turkish-Cypriot meyhane on the first floor of a Borough Market pub, £48 a head for the set. Keiran Mustafa cooks, after BiBi and the Harwood Arms. Start with the atom, which is strained buffalo yoghurt under chilli butter.
This is a residency of at least a year from July 2026 rather than a permanent room, so do not save it for next spring.
