Mezcal poured from wine-shop dispensers onto a card you load and spend at your own pace. Each machine carries a photograph of the producer and the agave species it came from. Whatever you taste you can take home in a returnable 200ml bottle.

The name means little sip, which is the format. Come to compare rather than to settle in with one drink.
