A low-key Clerkenwell wine bar and bottle shop from Raku Oda, a Master of Wine student who was assistant head sommelier at the three-Michelin-starred Fat Duck. The list roams from Wiltshire and Wales to Italy and Austria, poured in a small Rosebery Avenue room that takes walk-ins only.

Go Wednesday to Sunday and let the list lead; it changes constantly.
