A proper Victorian boozer at the front, with the cooking in the back room. It climbed from 46th to 11th in the national gastropub list in two years and Stockwell has kept it off most people's lists.
Tables are held back for walk-ins and bookings only open four weeks out. Sunday is lunch only, no dinner.
