Alex Jackson of The Garden Café cooks the last lunch of the series on Sunday 25 October.

Ixta Belfrage, formerly of the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen and author of Mezcla and Fusão, joins Nick Bramham at Quality Wines for a one-off dinner service. Known for inventive flavour combinations influenced by the food cultures of Brasil, Italy, and Mexico, Belfrage will be cooking a special menu for one night only. This is part of Quality Wines & Friends, a collaborative Sunday lunch series bringing together some of the most exciting chefs in the industry.
