Literature festival in South Bank
Twelve days only, 21 October to 1 November, for the Southbank Centre's 75th anniversary, guest-curated by Dua Lipa.
London's biggest literature festival, guest-curated this year by Dua Lipa and her Service95 Book Club: Zadie Smith, Patti Smith, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Nadia Murad and Kae Tempest on stage, plus translated fiction, debut writers and a free poetry day across the Southbank.
Dua Lipa's own conversations sold out fast; book the smaller rooms instead: Kae Tempest's Fierce Sounds, the translated fiction showcase, Hanif and Carlo Kureishi on 1 November, and the free Poetry Day.
