Prufrock serves coffee from Square Mile alongside guest roasters from Europe and beyond, and the coffee menu keeps changing. The kitchen cooks breakfast and lunch from scratch, including a Prufrock benny with Red Brick espresso hollandaise. Its Barista Training Centre runs SCA courses.

Weekdays run 7.30am to 4.30pm and weekends to 5pm. Food stops at 3.40pm on weekdays, so order lunch before then.
