Berenjak Mayfair is chef Kian Samyani's expanded Iranian restaurant on Duke Street, built around Tehran kabab house cooking and the home recipes he grew up with. The space has arched stained-glass panels, dark wood, and half-booths. The koobideh is buttery and soft, the hummus absurdly creamy, and the stone-baked barbari arrives warm.
