William Eggleston: All that goes unnoticed
Exhibition in Soho
A major exhibition marking 50 years since William Eggleston's Guide (1976), showing iconic and rarely seen dye transfer prints by the American colour photography pioneer. The show hangs the Guide pictures with vintage prints from series including Graceland (1983), Coca-Cola (1995) and Los Alamos, plus black-and-white and Brownie pictures from before colour took over. For photography enthusiasts and anyone interested in how the everyday became art.
Go on a Thursday or Friday evening, when the gallery is open until 8pm, and read the 5 Things to Know piece on the exhibition page first.
