Tove Jansson and Her Families

Clerkenwell

The UK's first exhibition to focus on Tove Jansson's illustrations brings over 100 rarely shown sketches, paintings and photographs to the Quentin Blake Centre. Previously unseen drawings include childhood work and a sketch of Moominpappa with a giant shell. Original art from the first published Moomin book and Jansson's illustrations for a Swedish edition of Alice in Wonderland are among the highlights. The show runs from 21 November 2026 to 9 May 2027.
